During our first phone call with him, it was clear that he was very knowledgeable about his line of work. We met Bill in person at a wedding expo well before our wedding and we were glad we got the opportunity to meet him beforehand. He gave us good insight and tips while we were planning our wedding and also helped us create a good timeline for our day! Bill is extremely personable and he was spot-on with the playlist he created based on our music preferences. He went above and beyond our expectations and did more than we asked or expected on our wedding day. There were many, many compliments from our family and friends!
